Irresistible autumn
The blogsphere is full of autumn photos just now, so why not a few more to celebrate this loveliest of seasons.
Below, Rothes Old Cemetery. On the other side of the wall is a whisky warehouse, giving rise to many local quips about the 'spiritual' location of the cemetery.
The distillery itself, against a background of autumn colour.
Gorgeous photos!!! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteLovely autumn shots, indeed!
ReplyDeleteNice fall colors! I especially like your first photo.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos and I like the cemetery shot.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I ever get tired of looking at autumn photos. We don't have much if any fall in Northwest Texas and go from summer to winter so I really miss the season changes of autumn and spring. :) We are just now getting cooler weather here which I've been waiting very patiently for! Ha
ReplyDeleteI can think of worse places to be buried when I'm gone! I love autumn too.
ReplyDeleteHow very beautiful! I like the garland of leaves - I've never seen that before. Funny about the jokes re. the cemetery being across from the distillery. Do most of them involve a play on the word "spirit" perhaps?
ReplyDeletei'm never bored of autumn pictures ;)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!! Our leaves are pretty much gone here in Montreal.
ReplyDeleteNo place better to be in autumn.

ReplyDeleteLovely shots - I particularly like the one of the cemetery!
ReplyDeleteyou are absolutely right to add these to the blogsphere because they deserve to be seen
ReplyDeleteThank you for the autumn leaves! We are seeing them here too, but on my street they have not quite reached the point of falling off the trees yet. I never tire of autumn with its blazing colors!
ReplyDeleteWhen I went to Scotland, it was this time of year. Seeing these photos, I can smell the air, feel the wind, taste the whisky. Mmmmmmm! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Glad you surrendered to the zeitgeist.
