Love writ large in the snow beneath the grim bulk of Edinburgh Castle. I caught this yesterday, and I hope that 'KAM' did too, because it's raining today...
What a wonderful juxtaposition: the ageless, unchanging stones of the castle and the momentary but heartfelt emotion in the snow. So glad caught the pic!
Congratulations, Babzy, Kiji and Catherine on the rugby result!
BSquared, yes, it is a lovely walk but you have to move at a brisk pace at this time of year.
Kris, I should really credit my daughter with this shot. She was in town shopping (it's school half term) and called me at work to tell me to go out and lunchtime and take this shot. So I obeyed.
I'm not skiing today, but husband and son are. I expect photos from them!
i love those kind of ephemeral messages !

Funny post.

ReplyDeleteGo out for skiing? ;)
Loved the walk from downtown to the castle. I think I would rather do it in the summer though.
